How does the application process work?
Complete the application on our website by Clicking Here, or by clicking the “Apply Now” button below. There is a processing fee of $50.00 per application. In most cases, applications are processed within 72 hours. Please complete all fields in the application to allow timely processing.
What type of lease is it?
The lease is for 12 months. Your first month’s rent is prorated, so you only pay for the days there. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due before move-in. This will be returned to you at the end of your term, if you should wish to move out and if the apartment has been left in great condition. Rent is due the first of each month.
Are pets permitted?
Management must provide prior consent before any pet is moved into the building. Requests to keep pets will be considered on a case by case basis. The types of pets allowed vary by building. Management will require the payment of an additional pet security deposit.
What is security like?
The various properties have different security systems. Linden Lofts, One West, Monarch Mills, and 96 S. George Street are secured 24 hours a day with video surveillance on the premises. All properties are in-accessible without a key; therefore all visitors must be let in or buzzed in by the tenant. Please discuss with your leasing agent for further information regarding security at the other properties.
What kind of parking is available?
All properties have off-street parking, some also have garage parking. Please inquire with your leasing agent for more details regarding specific properties.
