How does the application process work?
On the “Available Units” page you will find details of each active listing. You can register your interest in a unit by selecting the “Contact Us” tab on that unit and filling out a guest card. You can apply for a unit by selecting the “Apply Now” tab and completing the application. For each application there is an admin fee of $35. There is an application fee of $35 for each individual applicant on the application. Typically, applications are processed in 48-72 hours. Applications should be fully completed to facilitate effective screening.
What type of lease is it?
Are pets permitted?
The pet policy varies depending on the property. You will find each building’s pet policy while looking at the details of any listing on the Available Units page. Where pets are allowed, you are required to have prior written consent from the owner before bringing a pet to the property. You will also be required to sign an addendum to your lease and provide proof of vaccination where appropriate. There are restrictions on the type and number of pets allowed. Breed and weight restrictions apply in some cases. A refundable deposit of $500 is charged to pet owners. The deposit is charged per unit rather than for each pet. Deposits are refundable at the end of your lease. Monthly pet fees may also apply.
What is security like?
The various properties have different security systems. Linden Lofts, One West, Riverside Lofts and Monarch Mills have electronic access systems, CCTV surveillance, and an intercom.
What kind of parking is available?
Parking policies vary depending on the building. Linden Lofts, One West and Monarch Mills have limited garage parking as well as off street parking. Riverside Lofts has a gated parking lot. Most of our other properties have off street parking. Parking is described in each listing on our website. Please ask a leasing agent if you want more details.
